How to change business lisence when facing identify verification?
Greeting Amazon Community.
I have successfully registered Amazon seller account, and now face identify verification.
But i also need to change my business lisence, don't change primary contact person (maybe be called legal person), the company name
and registration number need to be changed. What should i do first, acctually i have contacted with the amazon team, and followed his guide (Settings-Business Information-Transfer Account ),but finally it shows that "You account must be in active state to initiate legal entity change".
So what should I do now? It's my case ID 10529510262.

if your account is in the process of being verified (sounds like payment part was ok but now in identity part) then you cannot change any info already provided.

When you set the account up why didnt you put the right info in? Are you actually a limited company?
