My interview for virtual identity verification
For the last couple of months, I have been trying to arrange a call for a virtual identity verification to get my funds reimburshed, and today is the 5th time that they either cancel the call minutes before or cancel it while I am waiting on the call.
A few minutes later, I receive an email to reschedule the call, but I'm starting to suspect that this is a tactic to bore me to death.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? And can anyone recommend a way to get their attention? Emails to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk are systematically ignored.
