Inactive store - Canada and United States

I come here on the Forums as another attempt to solve my problem.

I've been trying to solve my problem of inactive stores in the United States and Canada for more than 30 days.

I opened support cases to try to resolve my issue. They asked me to update my identification documents twice. I performed this procedure twice, I had to wait for two address verification codes (they take several days to arrive at my address). I have read all the document requirements in Amazon's documentation policy and the documents I submitted complete all the requirements. My stores are not in vacation mode, I tested this a few times (entering and exiting vacation mode).

All my account settings point to healthy and able to sell, there are no restrictions as you can see in the attachment. I already have more than 200 products in Amazon's FBA inventory ready for sale. I have already been charged on my credit card for all these transactions. But my US and Canadian stores remain inactive.

I sincerely ask that the Amazon team analyze my problem in a more personalized way and point out what exactly I should do to activate my stores. Thank you for your attention, kind regards.

Your screenshot shows your listing status, not your acount status.

"You have FBA inventory without active offers"

What do you see in your "Manage Inventory"? WHY are your listings STRANDED? Your store is active but not your listings. Didn't you receive an email from Amzon for what reason your listings are stranded? THAT is what you have to fix. It has nothing to do with your account verification.

Search in your account. On the health page? In the Performance notifications? YOU have to find the reason!

Yes, that's why selling on Amazon has to be learned for 4-5 weeks here:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/learn

Now I sacrified at least half an hour with free and unpayed advice and that's enough...

Search the help pages, Seller University, Google.... we all had to do this. I don't know what is your problem.
