Proof of registeration
Amazon required which document from me for proof of registration before I upload the confirmation statement and they did not accept it due to the reason I listed below
The document you provided did not show the full number of shares issued for the company.
Also, they encouraged me to provide the IN01 document (What is the IN01 document? I did not understand this) which is listed below in paragraph
A copy of the company’s most recent share allotment document with a breakdown of shares ( IN01 document). It must show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company. This usually takes the form of a Statement of Capital, an Annual Return, or a Confirmation Statement. The document must show the latest updates with a detailed overview of the beneficial owner with a breakdown of the shares.
Please help me out with this. Thank you

Can’t you just send in the IN01 document to Amazon to show the latest shareholding.
If they won’t accept this you will need to send in a confirmation statement showing the shareholding. You will need to make an amendment to the current shareholding to do this. The easiest way to do this is to add or remove a middle name/initial.
It is a bit confusing with the 2 directors and 1 resigning but the shareholding hasn’t changed since incorporation so IN01 should be okay.

You do realise that Amazon will know the account is being accessed outside the UK which could also cause issues? Do you have your own amazon account too?
Not sure why your brother would need you in another country to find the in01 that the rest of us could see straight away

It seems to be a growing trend that companies are being registered from abroad but with a residential address in England. I have seen a couple of other accounts like this recently.
I am starting to think it maybe a way around VAT registration.
