75 Open Orders

I am a new seller and have sold 75 units in my first month via FBA in Amazon US, yet Amazon has failed to fullfill/ship any of the products.

Customer service cites the reason ' awaiting buyer payment verification' which of course is NOT the issue here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, new seller and 75 units sold the first month, that sounds very shady..... Mabe Amazon wants to verify if there is no sales and rank manipulation behind this brilliant start....

IN CASE they send out the products, make sure that there is absolutely no relation between you and eventual ratings and reviews. Amazon's AI see all your trafic on internet.

And what makes you think it is NOT the issue?

Amazon is NOT going to ship anything until they have a payment in their bank account.

It sounds like someone is playing games with your items and using bad payment cards to tie stuff up. It is NOT unusual for new sellers to have black hats mess with them on here.

Yes, Amazon is in total chaos. Management has no idea what to do, to right the ship. They're running around like chickens without heads. Very embarrassing.

It takes time for amazon to distribute your units among different Fulfilment centers in the US and sometimes that causes a delay in shipping your product. it is completely normal if you have very recently shipped your products to amazon fba
