Your Amazon seller account has been temporarily suspended due to non compliance with INFORM Consumers Act 1

My account has been temporarily suspended because the INFORM Act Tax Verification process haven't been done. In this case, I have not complete the "Identity Verfification (Reverify)". However, after I click "Re-verify" I can not see the table display to submit my information or Your interface after clicking the Re-verify button has a bug and doesn't give me a place to submit information. Base on the request from amazon to verify identity information, please help me reset the button "Start verification"
Even though I try to go the workflow from Amazon:
1. Login to your Seller Central account.
2. Go to the Account Information page.
3. Click the Start verification link on the Account Information page. You must provide the following information for Amazon to verify:
+ Information about your business;
+ Information about your identity;
+ A government-issued photo ID;
+ A bank account or credit card statement, if applicable;
+ A business license, if applicable.
4. Follow the instruction on the pages to provide the required information and documentations.
But in the step 3, I can not see any table or location where to submit my identity. Please escalated my account to seller reverification team.
Note: If you have not completed your identity verification information, you need a place to re-verify your identity, as long as there is a place on the system to submit the information.
This situation is urgent and I will be waiting for your reply.
