Verification video call link

Hi all,

Does anyone know where to find this video call link? I have had all 3 time slots now missed waiting to receive some sort of email or update to the video call but have not received one, I’ve managed to fill the form in again & have again booked in the preferred time slots etc & 2 slots have already gone by & I have little to no hope for the third slot next week.

A total of 5 slots so far have been “missed” since I’ve received no communication on how to join said video call.

Does anyone have any insight or gone through the same ?

I see that after multiple attempts to schedule and join the requested video verification call, it has not gone through successfully and you are seeking guidance to get this resolved.
