We have two shipments, totaling five boxes, sent to the same FBA center. It has now been two months since their delivery, yet they still haven’t been checked in. We shipped them via FedEx. May I ask which courier you used?

Hello @Seller_ewLvIRb3A4HjF, this time of year delays should be expected in the receiving process. I know it is not convenient as a seller to wait, however they will be checked in as quickly as possible. If you would like me to take a look at your shipment, let me know the shipment ID. Although, unfortunately, we are unable to manually expedite the process.
