I applied for an approval request for a gated listing and provided an invoice from the legit distributor of the brand but Amazon declined the application twice without mentioning any reason.
Please advise what shall I do next as I have 100 units already shipped to Amazon.

Some of the brands you sell such as Hugo Boss and Armani are difficult to get permission to sell. I believe Hugo Boss may be limiting their products to authorised retailers only. If it is one of these brands you may not get approval even with distributor invoices.
You are also selling IKEA products which I guess are Retail Arbitrage as I don’t believe IKEA do wholesale. These type of products would be difficult to get approval to list as you wouldn’t have a distributor invoice.
