Presumably they need to be delivered with an age verified courier and I think vape in general require approval

And no nicotine in them at all.
I would imagine that there it’s fairly difficult to get approved for the category as well, especially if your a new seller.

This tells you what is allowed and what is not allowed. It is likely though you will still need to be approved to sell in this category.
