Product stuck in FBA - pending order since Jan 2018....
Yes, you read that right.
I had to remove these products from my FBA inventory, and just recently discovered that there is a pending order from Jan. 2018 which is making my FBA inventory aged, So they have been charging me for that for years.
I asked them to cancel the order & credit me for any charges associated with this.
Response from Seller Support:
Upon checking we found the order ID 112-5913609-7581826 in this case we are sorry to inform you that currently there is no path forward to cancel pending orders.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are diligently working to resolve it.
Amazon has become a complete joke the past few years....
