Account suspension

Can anyone help, please?
I have had my account suspended. I am an individual trying to sell. Even though I out this was registration I kept getting emails telling me my selling platform is wrong. When I try to change it I get the same message. They have now suspended my account.
Is it THIS HARD for everyone else?
Why can I not just speak to someone to get some support to get it fixed?

Do you mean amazon is telling you you’re registered as an individual but should be registered as a business?

This sounds as though you signed up for the Individual Seller Account (the legal entity) rather than a Business Account.
Individual Accounts are ONLY for selling off your own personal, used, second-hand items, not items listed as new.

If you are buying (or making) items to sell on for profit then you MUST, by law, be registered with HMRC as self-employed sole-trader, and register for a Business Seller account on Amazon, and give Amazon your UTR once you have received it from HMRC.

Once you have that, you will need to contact Amazon and ask them to change the legal entity of your account.
Just to note, the Individual Account is NOT the same as the Individual selling PLAN, where you do not pay the monthly Pro. Plan fee of £30 - they are two totally different things.

If you are not based in uk either, you cannot register as an individual

Not for everyone, but for a lot, yes.
Amazon has very strict rules, policies and requirements to be a seller on the platform, and if you don’t get it right you do have a lot of hoops to jump through.
Several questions:
Are you based in UK ?
What do you hope to sell ?
If you are doing this as a business ie. buying or making items to sell for profit, then have you registered with HMRC as self-employed ?
