Charged for fees account is deactivated
I recently registered to sell on Amazon, after a few weeks they said I was able to sell, 10 minutes later my account has been deactivated, today they take £30 from my account, how can they be allowed to charge me whilst I have a deactivated account and earning £0 selling?
Getting through to seller support seems impossible so shall I just do a chargeback with bank as i haven’t recieved goods.

The £30 is for the professional selling plan that you will have signed up for - too many people do not read the small print under the orange sign up button !, and will be taken every month, UNLESS you downgrade the plan to the individual selling plan.
Go to settings - account info - manage your services, sell on amazon - same again - then click on the button for individual.
