FBA Product Damage Review
Hello, I have received negative reviews on my product listing. The customer claimed it was damaged, and he applied for refund, and customer got his funds back, but still customer posted the negative review, which is totally fine, but my consern is that my product is on amazon is fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). I believe it is the responsibility of FBA to check the products before sending them to the customer. Why should I be affected? During the receipt of the inventory, no damaged items were reported. Therefore, it is entirely the responsibility of FBA to inspect the products before dispatching them to the customer. i have contacted Amazon Support to and explained the situation to them, but they refused to remove the reviews, and they didn't give proper response. Customer review was "Product is damage, plastic part is missing" . any suggestion?

playing devils advocate here, a plastic part being missing is more that something being damaged. Not knowing what the product is from your original post, if a part is missing, would amazon have not received it from you with the plastic part missing?
