anyone else’s dashboard showing incorrectly as usually what im paid goes into reserve balance and not available right away , where as this weekends sales have gone right into available balance bar 3.47 which has gone into reserve

I think this is the first thread I’ve seen questioning a good thing lol
Not all accounts have reserves , only newer ones and ones that have had issues
Touch wood, I’ve never had one unless I have a pending a-z
If there is none in reserve , disburse it

thats part of the issue i would but disbursements also zero and not changed for 2 days either but its not keeping anything back for a to z etc like its meant to and has done since i joined amazon . everything adds up so there’s is no money discrepancy just its changed overnight from putting money into reserve to putting it available within 5 mins of doing the postage and confirming shipment
its amazon i question everything they do lol

So your money is bypassing reserve - which is good , and going straight to available ?
But you can’t actually disburse ?!
Have you checked you bank info just in case it needs reverifying

yes bypassing it is a good thing but i thought they kept it for 5 days past delivery date before it came available to be disbursed and kept some back for a to z and chargebacks to which is the bit that concerns me
yes everything is up to date green ticks and says valid
ive only just disbursed on sun and till then everything went into reserve right away and thats when everything has changed come monday doing the orders and its gone right into available balance bar 3.47 which went into reserve lol which is how id noticed it

How long did it take you to get to this stage? we normally have to wait about 20 days to see any of the money, they do allow us to disburse but it’s only a fraction of the amount so I don’t normally bother. It would help our cash flow if I got the money every 24 hours and help our business to grow. We’ve been selling on here actively for like 2-3 years by now, with good account health.

I’ve been on here since approx 2010/2011 when there were no such thing as reserves
I believe they introduced them to all accounts created roughly 2013 onwards ?! Someone else can confirm

ive had my account 5 years now i think it is and i had reserve from day one
