if its in buyer/seller messages its most likely a scam

More than likely a scam - Amazon should address you with your seller name, not just ‘Hello’.

If it is genuine then there would be something on your account page.

We had another similar thread on the Forums: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/forums/t/suspicious-variation-message-from-amazon/610177.

Amazon will not send you messages regarding your account via the buyer - seller messaging system so this is not a genuine message from Amazon.

Did you report the message? If not, feel free to do so following the instructions on: Identifying false (spoofed) emails.

Let me know in case of any further questions.
