Amazon auto-denying my appeals

Once again, Amazon's is auto-denying my inauthentic appeals 15-20 minutes after submissions. I have submitted everything that is asked of me AND MORE. This is getting out of hand. Does anyone have any tips for getting a fair review of my issue?

What are you trying to sell?

Do you have actual INVOICES (not receipts)?

Did you include a Letter of Authorization from the brand, stating that you are allowed to sell their brand on Amazon?

Amazon specifies INVOICES. in some cases they will accept receipts; but for most cases of authenticity, they insist on INVOICES. Don't know why some people think that the rules don't apply.

Also letter of authorization isn't needed.

Except for when it is.

Gone are the days when you can go pick up a bunch of stuff at clearance at the local store and sell them here. Amazon is getting more and more strict of wanting real businesses selling authorized products.

And yes, brand matters. Which is why I asked what the OP was trying to sell. There are many big brands that require explicit authorization to sell, and many more that simply DO NOT allow their products to be sold on Amazon.

I have met this case too,

Once submit the appeal, less than one second, then Rejected,

Seems that, system has problem.

I am suffering the same poor customer support. Automated template responses. No real person to speak to. Paperwork provided is not acknowledged. I think Amazon don't care as they have more sellers than they can deal with.

Same here. They clearly dont have enough work force to handle all the sellers. Quality of current support is highly questionable as well

You're not alone in this. I would recommend only submitting exactly what they are asking for. Dont send in any extra documents. I have heard that they will deny just because of that.

More likely the problem lies with the document(s) everyone involved in this thread has submitted. It only takes a bot a second to scan and conclude that what needs to be there simply isn't there.

If your appeal is being rejected unnaturally fast, your not making it past the bots. IF (that's a hard if) your problem is both legit and you are submitting all the proper documentation, there is likely something in your presentation that is triggering the bots.

Presentation problems could be photos with blur, attached PDFs with metadata that looks like it was edited on your desktop, obviously doctored photos, or something in your wording. Any of those could be triggering for the bot.

Solutions to a presentation problem are to re-take photos competently, rescan documents in higher quality, don't think you are clever at doctoring documents when you are actually an amateur, and re-word every bit of text you have submitted.

With regards to photography: Hold your camera still. Use a tripod or brace the camera against something. Get proper lighting. If you can't ars yourself to get decent lighting, take the pic outside on a mildly overcast day. Take numerous nearly identical photos and choose the best one. If you are not competent at photography, get someone else to take the photo for you.

With regards to wording: Ask someone else to re-write it for you. Ask someone else to editorialize for you. Ask someone else to review your grammar. And make sure your helper is someone that gives two hoots about their English skills and your business. If you don't have anyone that can help you with this, chat GPT and Grammarly are both really great resources for getting something reviewed or re-written with a different tone.

And most importantly, regardless of circumstances, DO NOT simply copy/paste/resubmit your previously rejected appeal. The bots will instantly notice and apply the previous decision to the current appeal. Mix something up.
