im going in circles with my account status

I have 1 individual seller account that has been deactivated for not sending in the required documents in time. No matter how many times I appeal, it always gets ignored and I never receive a response. This has been on going for 6 months.

I went ahead and tried to open a business account because I simply could not get in touch with anyone to help reactive my first account. I had no intention of circumventing Amazon's policies but I don't feel I had any other choice. Well, to no surprise the 2nd account has been deactivated. The only way to reactive my 2nd account is by getting my first account reinstated but I can't get in touch with anyone to help with this.

I have an option for Amazon to call me bu everytime I add my phone number and click the " call me now" button I get an error page.

I am totally at a loss here and could really use some help

I see that after your original account was deactivated, you created a new account to attempt to receive support on reinstating the original account. Now, both accounts are deactivated and you would like some assistance with this.

So that I am able to assist you the best with this, I will need some case ID's from both accounts so I can take a look at the details. Please provide any performance notifications as well for clarity.
