Account Deactivated due to section 3

Hello all, i have been deactivated due to the section 3 case, which I'm sure a lot of people with experience, know what this is. I buy most of my stuff from a third party supplier called Bstock, which is a very reputable supplier, the host big retailers on there like amazon themself and other fortune 500 companies. Ive been in a loop with amazon support team, I have provided all the invoices needed for the affect ASIN and they just keep saying they do not enough information. The support 'specialist' are no help, I talk to a new person every time a try to call and have to repeat my entire life story. They have froze all my inventory and funds and are claiming i won't get it back until my account is activated. I have been selling for 2+ years with amazing account health and customer feedback. Amazon really screwed me on this and i guess this is how they treat us sellers. Has anyone been across this and had a different resolution that they can help me out with. My invoice contains all the requirements they are asking for, i have no idea what to do next.

Are you selling B-Stock items as new?

B-stock is a general term, not necessarily a particular website.

From the investment guru website:

B-Stock items can come from several sources:

Factory Seconds – These are products with minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight scratches or discoloration.

Customer Returns – Items that were returned within the store’s exchange period, often barely used or not used at all.

Refurbished Products – Gear that has been restored to like-new condition by the manufacturer or a certified technician.

Display Models – Products that have been on display in showrooms but are still in excellent condition.

And you never came here to read the forum? We have daily 20 identic threads about that. It's a miracle that you sold two years without problems.

For selling BRANDS Amazon will ask you - unfortunately NOT before sending inventory:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.

If you cannot provide both, following will become reality:
