The Hermes Parcel Pile Up Event (You can't make this up)
Thought I’d share this story with you as I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The last three days in a row we have had a Hermes parcel delivered. Never previously had any problems but it would appear we have a new courier. Our parcel was placed on the other side of our gate, to the point that if you tried to open the gate from the other side it wouldn’t as the parcel was between the gate and the wall on which is opened. Bad enough right? Wrong! So the courier had another 5 parcels on the 1st day, 3 on the 2nd day and 8 on the 3rd day for other homes on our street. Without even attempting delivery he/she scanned them all and dumped them over our gate and drove off… Had to go deliver them each time to my neighbours who had not had a note through their door or anything… tried complaining to Hermes and just keep getting told to fill in a form.

No wonder buyers complain they haven’t received their items when the tracking shows as delivered.
I recieved a Hermes parcel last week and this is how it arrived…
Box open, label half hanging off, package crushed despite ‘Fragile’ tape all the way round… And these were light bulbs… 
Fortunately nothing missing or broken.
To be fair the seller had packaged these in a very flimsy box with far too much empty space considering what the contents were.
