Okay, this sounds like a standard check for new sellers, carried out to ensure they’re sourcing stock from suppliers Amazon deem are acceptable.
Amazon’s reply to your first appeal suggests they’re not convinced. They’ve asked you to submit a POA (Plan of Action), which you say you’ve done. That, too, appears to have failed, so now you need to construct a POA that will actually work.
Seller_BS5lg2keRs2QO
I can only find one of those ASINs, which seems to be branded by the seller. If all three are branded then your invoices won’t be sufficient as you can never show proof of purchase for their brands.
Have you submitted an actual appeal / plan of action or just the invoices? Invoices alone won’t be enough, so if you’ve submitted a PoA share a copy here for comment.

Hi there. Yes the storage chests are a different brand to mine… but being naive I didnt realise that when listing on someone else’s product everything needs to be exactly the same.
The other 2 products I created listings for but hadn’t gotten round to putting pictures up( I’m wondering if this is why they were flagged up) as far as the poa goes i hadn’t realised how in depth they actually want you to go. I have no idea what to write and I don’t want to just “wing” it as I fear I am close to being banned
Seller_5iEf8AW5p7COc
I cant actually find my response but I sent them these
Invoices from 2 separate wholesalers each showing my name and address and theirs and the product and amount ordered (which matches my inventory)
I explained that I hadn’t realised the listing had to be exact as the listing i was tagging on to.
I said I would delete my listings which I have
And to go through all of my other listings to check that I hadn’t repeated the same mistake again

Hi I have similiar issue. My account was deactived in March this year and since then same issues with opening the account.
I have decided to fight my case in the court now.
Anyone knows adress of the Amazon legal team office to serve the summons from the court.
Seller_5iEf8AW5p7COc
That is quite a similar thread to mine. Somebody earlier said to try and find another wholesaler that sells the products so I could get an invoice. But it took me months to source them in the first place.
Seller_5iEf8AW5p7COc
Thanks goodness for guys like you. You have been a great help, thanks so much
There is nothing much I can do about the invoices… as they are genuine.
But I will take the guidance you have given me and write a draft poa tomorrow. If you don’t mind I will post it on here so you can take a peek
Seller_5iEf8AW5p7COc
Good morning. I have done a rough draft. Let me know what you think if you have time. Also when I send the poa should I resend the invoices? Or send anything else?
Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. I realise that my actions have been wrong and that I must accept the consequences in regards to these.
Cause.
- my naivety in not quite understanding the rules and policies regarding listing products on other sellers listings. Especially linking products that are not EXACTLY the same
*I did not take the time to read Amazon’s rules and regulations regarding selling unauthentic products. - My novice approach when putting brand names onto my listings without doing correct research.
Actions
- I have removed the three products that are classed as unauthentic.
- I have gone through my inventory and deleted any products that I believe have been branded incorrectly.
- I have been onto Amazon’s university and read up on sellers policies. Especially this one
Matching product offerings inaccurately:
‘When listing items for sale using an existing product detail page, the product being offered must be listed on a product detail page that accurately describes the product in all respects, including (but not limited to) the following attributes: manufacturer, edition, binding, version, format or player compatibility. Sellers should not match their item to a detail page with a different ISBN, UPC/EAN or other external identifier.”
Future prevention.
- I have and will continue to research wholesalers, and only use ones that are genuine and up to Amazon brand standards.
*I will thoroughly read other sellers listings before I link my products onto those listings. - If I am unsure at any point I will refer back to Amazon’s selling policies.
- I will return back to Amazon selling policies frequently to refresh my knowledge regarding selling.

Thank you for your input BonChoixUK. I will address the points you have raised. As for finding a new supplier for the ‘suspect’ products, sadly I am struggling. The other brand that I listed my boxes on seems to be sold by Amazon themselves. Its so frustrating as the 2 brands on the products they claim are inauthentic are sold widely on Amazon.
Seller_5iEf8AW5p7COc
Excuse my bad explanation… the brands themselves of the products of mine that Amazon have classed as inauthentic are found widely on Amazon
