Account block & unblock
Hello, my account was block because of VTR & I am keep trying to sort out with Royal mail account section manager it’s been more than 2 weeks now they still working on it ( royal mail horrible ) . However I bought shipping label even from amazon (second class) & online with the track recorded put in the system but my VTR is keep soaring ,
if they block me second time will I loose my account ? I know amazon doesn’t give a {Moderator Edit (Jessica) profanity removed} how long I am with them ( I am almost 5 years)
any experience or advice please .

theres nothing for RM to sort - as stated on your other thread, BPL is invalid for VTR
There are only certain codes using RM that are Valid for VTR ie CRL - alternatively, you can buy your postage direct from amazon buy shipping where all postage is valid
its supposed to be above 95% so soaring is a good thing
