Primary Account Locked with no instructions received on how to unlock
Our account owner has been locked, but they have not received any emails from Amazon on how to unlock the account.
I am a secondary account on for the brand and do not have permission to create a case to contact Seller Support to get assistance on this.
The other pressing matter is that we need to certify our business information or risk of deactivation, but only our primary account owner can access the Account Health Page, and they can't log in because the account is locked.
How can we get any assistance from Seller Support if secondary accounts can't create a case??

I see that you are experiencing account login issues and you have questions about how to get this resolved.
Typically, the account owner will have to complete the account recovery steps to regain access to the account. Are they able to select forgot password and complete the recovery steps? If there is an issue with the associated buying account you will not have access to the selling account either. I suggest to check with customer support to see if there is an issue.
