Selling in the UK and Ireland

Hello. I have had nothing short of a nightmare setting up my Amazon seller account. I won’t bore you with the details. Anyhow, I want to sell on the UK and Ireland store. When I login I cannot see the option for the Ireland store? I contacted support who just gave me an unhelpful, generic response as per usual! Am I missing something? I have linked to the video to show you what I see when I log in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Where you actually located? Are you in Eire?

If so, and your planning on using FBA, then you are aware that you will need to register for VAT?

When you say Ireland, do you mean Northern Ireland - which is part of UK anyway, or Republic of ireland (Eire) which is EU ?
As said, there is no ‘Ireland’ marketplace as such - only UK or EU.

Hi guys, My very 1st product is live in UK market place, but it is not available to irish customers, Could you please advise how to make my product available to Republic of Ireland. In Shipping programmes and export settings UK is enabled but still my product is showing unavailable to Irish customers. I have asked this question from Amazon help but they couldn’t help me, they are saying one in reply that my product status is live, which is not my question. Would really appreciate if someone could help me and understand the stress of a beginner :slight_smile:
