A-to-z Claims issue

Hello, Looking for some advice here.

The buyer purchased a dress and a top from ue, When the pacakges delivered, the buyer claimed she only received the dress, missing the top and filed an A-to-z Claim against me. But Amazon isuued a full refund for both the dress and the top.

I appealed again and again for the money of the dress, amazon denied again and again. Then I opened a case. On Sept 6, I received an email from the atoz-guarantee-no-reply@amazon.com, They said 'USD 18.31' was deposited into my account. I have not received this amount. I opened another case, then on Oct 8, from atoz-guarantee-no-reply@amazon.com 's email, they said they denied my A-to-z Claim appeal and kept their decision. So confused and frustrated. Amazon's claims team supports my appeal at times, but denies it at other times.

I am now tired of contacting them again and again, They just want to keep my money.

could I still get my money back?
