🚨 Amazon Ignoring My Product Re-measurement Requests – Need Help!
Hi everyone,
I’m a seller on Amazon, and I’m facing an issue with getting my product re-measured. I have submitted multiple requests through Seller Support, provided images and evidence showing the correct dimensions, but Amazon has not responded to any of my requests. Even after escalating and opening new cases, I still haven't received any updates or resolutions.
This incorrect measurement is affecting my storage and shipping costs, making my product less competitive. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How can I get Amazon to re-measure my product or escalate the issue to a more responsive team?
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! 🙏🏼
Thank you!

When I've tried to edit an item, Amazon never reflected the changes. I had to delete the item and enter it as new. Unfortunately, it erases the reviews and quantities sold.

You only get 20 re-measures a month. You have to submit a re-measurement form.

One FNSKU only can be submitted for re-measurement Once per two months(no matter how many times you applied they won't help directly). And you can apply for 20 different FNSKUs for re-measurements in a month.
My advice and experience: only to wait after the next 2 months and to submit the newest re-measurement of the updated package's dimensions. Hope this can help you.
Have a nice day!

good luck but i have had over 1000 items remeasured and they can't get it right. Last year they made apparel dimensional weight and we bought a 80k vacuum sealer and stuff that is 1/2 inch comes back as 2 inches. Then when you ask for a re-measurement they said they confirmed the measurements and they are the same. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE as no 2 are the same...or they come bigger. Totally insane.

it is a real problem,
you put in the work, research what packaging can help, invest in that new additional packaging and pay for the labor to get it out the door correctly.
What do you get for the extra effort? you get what supDBD got, what I got, what probably 0000's of fba sellers have to go through.

Hello @Seller_wSclunEzjrWX7, has Seller Support responded with an update? A product is not eligible for a remeasurement request if any of the following conditions apply:
- It has already been remeasured twice in the past 60 days by our fulfillment center team.
- There are no available units for your listing in the fulfillment center.
- Your seller account has exceeded the monthly remeasurement request limit.
Your remeasurement limit will be displayed under the Remeasure FBA products and confirm fees widget. Locate the widget by typing "remeasure" into the search bar. Do any of these conditions apply to your situation?
