Verification help - Existing seller
Hello,
We are having to resubmit verification documents. I have uploaded the companies house certificate a week ago and heard nothing back since.
Is there a way to speed up to process as we have staff and a warehouse to pay for and I'm concerned since we rely on Amazon. We have sold on Amazon for years and we could really do with some help is sorting this.
It's very difficult to get in touch with someone who can actually help when this is having such a huge impact to a business.
