amazon refunded item but item was never returned to me i started a claims for this but amazon took the buyers side saying that the item was a non returnable item but yet im out of money and the item how is this fair to the seller? which is me

If amazon refunds a non returnable item, then you will get a reimbursement on your reimbursements report within 45-60 days automatically. That is how it works with our dangerous goods / hazmat non returnable items.
