Unfillable inventory not returned and not being reimbursed!
I had 48 units of my product marked as "unfillable" several months ago, and filed a removal order on March 9, 2024 (240309QRX). I immediately received 13 units in the mail over the next few weeks, that were completed fine and without damage. I have been waiting for the remained 35 units, but their removal status has been "pending" for over 90 days and Amazon refuses to reimburse me for them. I've called many times and have been told the same answer over and over. Apparently, until the removal order status is "complete", Amazon does not have to reimburse. So that means I have over $2k of inventory that I cannot sell. What can I do to resolve this??
