Restricted product help
Hi All, one of our products we sell is number plates - we are legally registered and authorised through DVLA, etc but have had a 3 listings for number plates removed. Every time we provide proof of our DVLA authorisation and also point Amazon to the government website showing our registration we get told this product is not allowed. We respond to this by showing them the over 330 sellers with sales of over 5000 items per month, but we still get declined - any ideas - Im banging my head against brick wall currently.

do you mean ACTUAL number plates? Or number plates on things like keyrings?
Because actual number plates are a prohibited listing on Amazon. So even if you have authority from the DVLA you can’t sell them on Amazon.
Now if it’s a number plate on a keyring, there I’m not sure and it could be a bot issue that it THINKS it’s a number plate.
