I am Looking to see if anyone can help me. the delivery time is showing longer using prime badge. I have change listing to another template without using prime badge and it is showing faster delivery time.

Check the Prime delivery times, if RM, DPD, Evri, Amazon deliver late, then Amazon will alter to showing a longer delivery time.
If it shows any collected late, that also causes the same problem - which you must then address the issue to resolve
