Seller Fulfilled Offers Deactivated for honest mistake :(
My Seller Fulfilled Offers have been deactivated and all appeals are being rejected. I made a single error violation and I have asked for consideration, basic mercy for not understanding the severity of my error. I had an order that I needed to fulfill and my inventory of that item was damaged so instead of just canceling the order on my customer I ordered the product from another Amazon seller and had them send it directly to the customer. This was me trying my best to take care of our mutual Amazon customer but was apparently a violation of the dropship policy. It seems crazy that a single violation would be enough to completely eliminate my entire seller fulfilled offers, wasn't trying to get anything by anybody was just trying to take care of the customer. Is there anybody who can actually look at this for me that has a heart and understands why I did what I did. I know now that I should have just canceled the order, which obviously still wouldn't have been a great thing but it would have least not violated a policy that was not clear that I was violating for being with.

Is this the first time that this has ever occurred or have you seen this issue previously? For most drop shipping violations, our team will require documentation that can show the policy was not violated and a violation did not occur.
We would suggest referring to your specific performance notification to determine what options are available to you for addressing this situation. Could you provide a copy of the initial notification you received in regard to this issue? What details have you attempted to provide as of now?
