Evri now available for prime with free collections

Does anyone know any more information on this, we have just looked at it and it only has van collections available Monday-Friday have they changed the ridiculous rules back to just working days for shipping with prime?

My 1st thought at the email was really? Evri? Someone somewhere thinks they’ve improved or have moved enough mountains for Amz contract. I’m not so sure.

I had a delivery from a usual supplier which show Evri tracking and i bought the item on Friday… the parcel arrived on Sat lunch time…

so obviously they can get it moving when they want but…

If you can handle the 10% odd that go missing in shipping, then Evri is good choice.

To be fair, their customer services has improved and if you use them, they will give you a human you can email etc.

They are also launci a new claims portal, so they are trying.

Anyone that even thinks of using Evri must be completely mad!! I can not believe that Amazon have even contemplated them for a prime delivery service! My own experience of this company is not great for both business side and private. AVOID at all cost! They will damage your metrics thats for sure

You need to ship 150+ a week to get a collection from what we were told. Pricing gets better the more you ship. We’ve been shipping with them more a few months now without any real issues. The losses are similar to RM and Amazon shipping but the price is much cheaper so it works well for us.

You need to ship 150+ a week to get a collection from what we were told. Pricing gets better the more you ship. We’ve been shipping with them more a few months now without any real issues. The losses are similar to RM and Amazon shipping but the price is much cheaper so it works well for us.
