List issue without "Pesticides or Pesticide"

Good job Amazon team.
I am writing about a product that I have listed as a brand owner.
Although the product is not “Pesticides or Pesticide”, it was included in the “Pesticides or Pesticide” category.
I think it’s from a word in the title or description.
But I don’t know what word caused it.

I have created a Case about this issue.
I forwarded the product SDS to Amazon.
You asked me to edit the product list.
But when I click the edit button, the system does not allow it.
It says I need to get approval for the category “Pesticides or Pesticide” first.

My Own Branded product and I registered my brand on Amazon.
I created the product list.
But it’s ridiculous that I can’t edit the product list.

Please this matter is very urgent.
I hope the Amazon team will solve my problem as soon as possible.

Amazon - having been subject to a Master Agreement fine levied by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (aka “EPA”) some years back, due to failure to ensure that its Selling Partners were in compliance with FIFRA (“Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act”) - is particularly ‘gun-shy’ of suffering another whack to its bottom line on the same score.

That’s why the FIFRA-Compliance ‘Amabot’ regularly errs on the side of caution, unfortunately for some sellers though that might be.

Fortunately, as part of said Master Agreement, U.S.-domiciled sellers have been afforded an opportunity to gain approval in the Pesticides and Pesticide Devices Sub-category; the first step in learning more about that is be found in the Pesticide claims and listings (link) Module of Amazon Seller University’s “Account health and compliance” Course Tutorial.

This happens quite often and to sellers who don’t remotely sell anything related to pesticides. Could be due to a trigger word, rogue BOT, or just a glitch, and the quickest way to resolve is to take the course. 🡇

Also, that’s not my problem. The product is already not a Pesticides product.
Amazon put it in the wrong category.
I created a case. But still no solution has been provided.
Please help with this. @CR_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon

It happened to me, and stay away from these words.

It’s resistant to attacks from insects, moths, molds, fungi, and many everyday chemicals.

Hi Amazon team.
I understand that two words in the product description cause this problem.
“Invasion” and “moth”

I guess you didn’t read a chapter in Case I created.

The text in the product description is incorrect.
I shared the EPA resident number of our product with you.
The product does not have a condition that requires it to be Pesticides.
Pesticides are not a product.
I can’t change the product description and title.
In order to be able to edit, the system first asks me to get Pesticades approval.

Please allow us to change the item description.
Or you can change the description yourself.
