Hi
Does anyone know where I put my Germany EPR: Country-Batteries number?
It's not on the normal Compliance Information for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) page for some reason, and Amazon customer service are telling me to do this but nothing is showing regarding batteries and anywhere to put the number in?
To submit your registration number on the Compliance Portal, kindly follow these steps:
1. Choose the country from the top-left corner of the Seller Central page, next to the Amazon Seller Central logo. In your case, it must be Germany.
2. On the side panel, go to Performance > Account Health .
3. Under Policy Compliance, go to Regulatory Compliance.
4. You will see a red exclamation mark if there are any issues that need immediate attention.
5. This new page that opens is a comprehensive issues dashboard for all compliance policies and product categories. From this list, find the row that mentions EPR: Country-Batteries.
6. In the Next steps column, click Submit.
7. This will open a new window showing 'What is this for' from where you must submit the batteries registration number for that country.
8. Click Submit, after which you will see a window informing that you have successfully submitted the registration number. You will receive a decision on your submission within 5 business days.
9. If you require further support, you can click Get Help tab at the bottom of the window at any time during the submission process to contact Selling Partner Support.
10. Repeat these steps for every EU store where you sell batteries by changing the country from the top.
Any help would be great and I am not should when the option isnt there to just add it with all the other EPR numbers in the Compliance Information for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) page??
Thanks
Andy
