Request a product detail page change
I’ve been trying to update some wonky product images for books. I presume they were uploaded by lazy/incompetent sellers who can’t be bothered doing even minimal editing.
I can’t get past the first stage - the page just hangs at this point after clicking ‘Fix detail page’ (I edited the actual ASIN for the screenshot):
I tried opening a new case but it sent me back to this page so I’m going round in circles.
Is this a temporary glitch or is the update tool now permanently broken?
I’m using Firefox.
I now remember why I rarely ever bother trying to improve product details…

I tried again today and the page still hangs after pressing the big ‘Fix detail page’ button.
Anyone know a better way of requesting a product image update…one that actually works?

i’ve never sold books so not sure if you have to do anything differently when changing images etc.? can you not change the images via the edit inventory page?
