How do you get the street address

I was locked out of my seller account for 6 weeks with 6 tries. The account was still active but I could not get in. Orders were coming in and Amazon was canceling some older orders. Somehow Amazon got it fixed today. I had two orders that had to be shipped out today or Amazon would cancel it. To protect myself I used tracking label 400 to put into the system and at the same time to write out the label address. At the post office I see that there was no street address. and could not ship it out. Why would Amazon list an active unshipped order and not give the street address. Buyer's email is suppressed. I need the street address for order number
