Ungating when company doesn't offer an invoice but Amazon demands one
I’m a brand new seller and purchased 100 units of product from Bath and body Works to get ungated. I submitted a picture of the digital receipt they emailed me a long with my credit card bill and a picture of items but Amazon would not take it, and they requested an invoice. I reached out to Bath Body Works and they told me they no longer offer invoices. I reached out to Amazon to tell this and they were no help. They said they need an invoice and if I don’t have an invoice, it won’t work…
I have $450 worth of products sitting on my counter, and and am very frustrated. Has anyone had this happen before, and if so, what should I do? I can just return the product, but I don’t like giving up on things….

Have you looked up Amazon's "sourcing guidelines" and "invoice requirements" in help? Retail arbitrage is no longer allowed on Amazon. You are also required to have a Brand LOA in writing.

I'm sorry you are having a hard time with getting approval to sell these products. In general Amazon requires an invoice when applying to sell products requiring approval to ensure the authenticity of a product. Retail receipts, digital or otherwise are generally not accepted. As you do not have what Amazon requires it is unlikely you will be able to sell this product. As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, I would recommend that you review the guidelines to source products on Amazon so will be more likely to be successful in your business endeavors in the future.
