Frequent Missed FBA Pickups at MAA4 FC (Chennai) - Anyone Else Experiencing This?
Are there any fellow sellers in Chennai who, like me, are grappling with frequent missed FBA shipment pickups from the MAA4 fulfilment centre? This is becoming a pressing issue that needs our collective attention.
I've recently had 2 scheduled FBA shipment pickups missed by Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) this week. One time, ATS arrived for pickup but was unable to accommodate the boxes in their vehicle [AUTO] despite the shipments adhering to FBA size and weight guidelines. While a later pickup via truck was promised on this occasion, it never happened, but they marked it as the courier was picked up. The boxes are still with me and I haven’t got a solution yet after reaching out to seller support multiple times.
This has caused significant delays in getting my inventory to the fulfilment centre, which has affected my ability to fulfil customer orders and my product launch.
I'm concerned about the reliability of ATS pickups anymore, especially since this has happened on multiple occasions.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with missed FBA pickups at MAA4 FC recently?

Update: Amazon still hasn't resolved my pickup scheduled on the 11th, and it's now the 15th.
