Amazon selling fake items is nothing new.
There have been a number of sellers over the years with their own brand items. In some cases, where the item became very popular, Amazon jumped on the listing and sold fakes. When the seller complained, Amazon threw the seller of the real item off the listng while they themselves continued selling fakes.
They are completely corrupt and rotten to the core. There is nothing they won’t stoop to if it makes them money, even if it means doing their customers over.

I would say these are a little more deadly than cards but they dont care about that either.

You can just buy them as a customer report them to trading standards, report them to Nintendo too, don’t report Amazon to Amazon. Don’t report them as a seller as that could cause you some blowback
