Anyone else having issues with uploading product images. I've tried uploading individually using the image manager as well as the Bulk Image Upload. Both are giving me the message: "Error - Failed to upload the file/image"

Issues on our end as well. It happened to us about a month ago and it magically started working again without any explanation from SC, BR, or SAS. We haven't been able to upload any images since Wednesday now. It is inexcusable, especially since it is not affecting every account. Why is it so hard to receive clear communication from Amazon? Please let us know if you receive any answers. Hopefully soon we'll both be able to upload images again.

Check user permissions for Image Management in the Inventory section.

Thanks for the post and hope you had a good weekend. Does an error code also appear with the error message, if so can you confirm the error code.
