I was accepted for the Handmade Brand Registry features Waiver back in April 2023. I was able to list new products under the accepted brand name .

Now when listing new products I get the error "5461: You may not create new ASINs for this brand. You are free to add offers to any existing ASIN for this brand. Please review our ASIN Creation Policy. If you believe the product you want to sell is not already listed in the Amazon catalogue and should be listed as a new ASIN, follow the link and complete the form." I am only able to list products as "Generic".

Also now the ASINS that already have the brand name the description and the bullet points are not showing when viewing the product page. For the products listed as "Generic" the descriptions do show.

Anyone else experiencing this? It's really frustrating as the lack of descriptions on these listings could be affecting my sales.
