Hi,
I recently opened a selling account and my account has been deactivated due to not providing a utility

bill letter
The issue I have is that for my LTD company, I use a virtual address so I wont be able to provide this,
What I have done is submitted my own personal utility bill yet it is getting rejected
Im trying to resolve this issue by requesting a call back from "account health" team, but when I do so, im getting a error message stating "internal error,please try again"
i've tried numerous times yet still coming across the same issue(please see the screen shots)
Can someone advise on what I should do? I've tried to email Amazon support central yet im not getting a reply
