Hard gated with no warning on brand that we have sold close to million of this year.
I recently discovered that a prominent brand in our catalog has been gated. We haven’t received any emails or performance notifications regarding this brand. What’s unusual is that we can still list certain ASINs, while others are restricted. It seems like this issue is impacting multiple sellers, as I’ve noticed the seller count dropping on the affected ASINs, and others I've spoken with are also experiencing hard gating.
We have documentation to confirm the legitimacy of our inventory, including pre-order details, BOL, PO numbers, and invoices directly from the manufacturer. Additionally, there have been no IP complaints related to this product, and we have been selling this brand for roughly a full year. Our account health score is 1000/1000.
Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

It all stems on why Amazon feels there is a problem with the product. You may have been selling an original product, but others may have been selling knockoffs. When complaints come in from 2 or more sellers for the same product, Amazon simply removes the product page. This is the time of the year problem products are worhdrawn from sale. Nothing to do with you, it is just that Amazon doesn't want any buyers to be disappointed during holiday shopping.

Thanks for posting here. I've reviewed the case details. Unfortunately at this time the brand you're trying to apply for is restricted. I am not able to provide any additional info as to why it is restricted. As mentioned in the case, there are scenarios where sellers would have been already approved to sell, however the restriction will be placed again if there are more customer complaints about the item they received.
You may check back again in the near future to see if you are able to list the particular item you were interested in selling (by applying again through the 'Add a product' section on Seller Central.)

We understand if Amazon deletes certain ASIN because of complaints but to delete entire catalogs from a seller because of an issue with a certain ASIN can be detrimental. Especially right before the Holidays.
