Issue with Account Activation - Stuck on "Inactive Account" Page
Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble reactivating my Amazon Seller account. Every time I log in and try to navigate, it just returns me to the same "Inactive Account" page. Here’s the message I keep seeing:
Your account is inactive
"You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
I’ve already tried updating my credit card info, verifying my identity, clearing my browser cache, and even using different browsers and devices. Nothing has worked so far, and I can’t access any other sections or reach out to Seller Support because I keep getting redirected to the same page. Also, it shows that on my store page, my product is 'Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.'
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
