Product Delivered but fraud customer claimed refund - Self Ship Issue

Hi Team,

Please be informed that customer has received the product on 27th of October although customer has claimed falsely that he has not received the order.

Amazon associate trusted whatever fraud customer said and initiated the refunded without verifying with courier partner or seller.

In this scenario, customer got the product and I have been charged full refund even though I have delivered the product by self-ship.

Please help me regarding this. Product return is also not initiated and neither seller support is helping.

Seller support is suggesting me to contact customer which is unprofessional. Customer is already did fraud how will he listen and return my product back ?

Need support on this matter. @_sakura_Amazon @Noor_Amazon_
