Secondary user verification

Hello,

Does anyone know if when a secondary user's submitted/accepted/approved passport expires if they will lose access to a UK Seller Central account?

Thanks,

Hi @Seller_Nk0bA1V6n0GZg,

When a secondary user's passport used for verification on Amazon UK Seller Central expires, it does not automatically result in loss of access to the account.

However, it's important to note:

  • If Amazon requires re-verification of identity for any reason, you would need to provide current, valid documentation at that time.
  • It's considered best practice to update documentation proactively to avoid any potential issues.
  • The primary account holder remains responsible for maintaining accurate information for all secondary users.

If you want to be completely certain about your specific situation, you can contact Amazon Seller Support directly.

Cheers, Ezra
