Help Needed - Amazon compliance template for food supplements in the UK asks for pre-market notification, while Amazon policy asks for pre-market notification for other markets, but not UK

Hello,

I have a food supplement listed only in the UK and yesterday I received an email from Amazon to submit compliance documents - GFSI or HACCP certificate and pre-market notification. When I read the Amazon policy, it is clearly specified that pre-market notification is not needed, however, the compliance template asks for such. I submitted the GFSI certificate but is still asks for pre-market notification.

I contacted seller support and I received an answer that has nothing to do with my issue

Can a moderator or someone who ran into this problem help with an advice how to resolve it?

I have a food supplement listed only in the UK and yesterday I received an email from Amazon to submit compliance documents - GFSI or HACCP certificate and pre-market notification. When I read the Amazon policy, it is clearly specified that pre-market notification is not needed, however, the compliance template asks for such. I submitted the GFSI certificate but is still asks for pre-market notification.

I contacted seller support and I received an answer that has nothing to do with my issue

Can a moderator or someone who ran into this problem help with an advice how to resolve it?

This is very helpful, thank you so much for responding. After submitting the BRC certificate from my manufacturer, I went to the case log and submitted the link to the GFSI webpage that you had shared and also mentioned that the ASIN is only sold in the UK, so pre-market notification should not be needed. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will be enough.
