Complaint about CS service and request for service fees charged
In the event that verification is fruitless and at the same time customer service is not acting at all, I can only ask for a refund of the fees deducted as my account has not yet begun to be used. Amazon's fees should only be deducted if the account is verified and not if the user's account is not working properly yet, this is unreasonable.

Amazon doesn’t work like that- you signed up to the professional selling plan so fees are deducted every month. Go into your settings and downgrade to Individual plan to stop any further payments. Once your account is verified you can ask for a refund of fees paid so long as you haven’t used the account at all.
