There are a couple of official ways to handle this through Amazon Seller Central. The most straightforward method is using the "Order Reports" feature. Go to Reports > Fulfillment > All Orders and generate a report for your desired date range. This will give you transaction details, though not the actual invoices.

For actual VAT invoices, you can use the "VAT Invoice Download" tool in Seller Central. Go to Reports > Tax Document Library > VAT Invoices. You can download up to 3 months of invoices at once.

If you need a more automated solution, you can use Amazon's API through the Reports API section. Several third-party software solutions integrate with this, but I can't recommend specific ones as per Amazon's policy.
